JUNIOR SQUAD
JUNIOR WOMEN
The Junior Women’s squad is one of the highest performing junior clubs in the country.
In 2025 so far they are unbeaten, having won the JW8+ at WeHORR, ChG4x at SHORR and NSR.
The JW have had international representation at GB France, Coupe and JWC over the last few years.
JUNIOR MEN
Our Junior Men are an incredibly competitive squad with the results to prove it: they recently won silver medals in the 2025 Championship Quads at National Schools Regatta, took the SHORR CH4x title in 2024, and in 2021 the TSS Junior Men won the prestigious Fawley Challenge Cup at Henley Royal Regatta.
The JM train 3 or 4 evenings a week (at least 2 evenings for J15s), and both days at weekends.
JUNIOR DEVELOPERS/JUNIOR RACERS
Where juniors are unable to commit to the full level of training required by the racing squad, there are options to row/scull with the Junior Development group which also has a regular - but less demanding - land and water training schedule.
