Fobs:

Your joining fee covers the cost of your entry fob. If you have paid your joining fee and not received a fob, please contact our Operations Lead at: operations@tidewayscullers.com.

If you are purchasing a replacement for a lost or broken fob, complete this form.

Kit:

Volunteering

The TSS Executive Committee members are voted in annually by club members at the AGM. Committee roles include:

  • Club Captain

  • Chairman

  • Secretary

  • Social Secretary

  • Welfare Officer

  • Operations Lead

  • Treasurer

  • Kit Officer

  • Membership Officer

Reporting

Damage Report Log:

If you damage a boat, it is your responsibility to report that damage so it can be fixed as soon as possible. Please give as much detail as you can when reporting damage.

Incident Reporting:

If you have a collision with another crew or any other serious incident, you must fill in an incident report on the British Rowing website. You can also report a near miss, capsize or inappropriate behaviour by another river user. Please:

  1. Email your draft text to the Club Water Safety Advisor (CWSA) at safety@tidewayscullers.com first to check the text is clear.

  2. Upload the text to: https://incidentreporting.britishrowing.org.

If you capsize, please complete the capsize form as it shows we can have safe capsizes without needing lifejackets or other measures.

All forms can be accessed through your British Rowing membership. If you need to submit a report, but you are not a British Rowing member, please email the CWSA.
